QuietAgent is most often used by job seekers who are happily and gainfully employed, who will consider a new opportunity from a mutually interested employer.

QuietAgent ensures that only mutually interested job seekers and employers are ever connected. You control the quality of your candidate shortlist by only ever inviting people of interest to you, and only ever paying for successful (accepted) invitations.

How is it used?

Job seekers visit QuietAgent and complete a detailed profile of their CV / résumé information, which is separated into ‘private’ and ‘public’ sections, and set their desired career criteria and interests

Employers visit QuietAgent and can quickly and easily create shortlists of people who meet or exceed their needs for a job opportunity, and are willing to work for them

Employers can view all the ‘public’ CV / résumé information for short-listed people, but can not see their ‘private’ CV / résumé information (name, contact details, current employer(s))

Employers can select people of interest, and use the QuietAgent invitation process to invite the best job seekers to release their ‘private’ CV / résumé information

Job seekers can view an employer’s invitation, and choose to accept or decline the invitation:

• If the job seeker declines, they remain anonymous
• If the job seeker accepts, the employer can now see the job seeker’s ‘private’ CV / résumé information and contact them directly. The employer is then charged a ‘Success’ fee
