How does it work?

The organization's work brokers or case managers enter client (unemployed/underemployed) information via a website. The system takes this information and can recommend interventions, career paths, and other related job placement information to the client. The client's details are now in the system for job matching.

The job matching process is achieved online via a web-based search engine, which provides powerful job matching and analysis, ensuring every single client is reviewed for every single opportunity every time. This job matching can be achieved in two modes: managed or self-serve.

In managed mode, an organization’s case workers or work brokers manage searching and job seeker matching on behalf of employers by entering the employer's job criteria directly into the search engine.

In a self-serve environment, employers can create searches on the database directly via a set of online tools provided to them by the organization, and can review all the 'public' information about matched clients. The employer can 'invite' matched clients, whereby the client's case worker or work broker is notified and can manage the process and release of any 'private' information if required.
