StaffCV has been providing e-recruitment tools to recruiting professionals in medium and large-sized organisations since 1999.

 

Our recruitment technology suite includes our best-in-class careers website platform, and an industry leading applicant tracking solution (ATS). It’s our mission to provide companies with the very best talent engagement tools and strategies, and the most efficient technologies and processes for managing candidates.

 

Our clients are located across the globe and operate in various sectors, including health, education, government, aviation and production/manufacturing.

 

StaffCV is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Microsoft Certified Partners are independent companies that provide the highest levels of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on skills.

 

Our data is hosted by DataPipe and we adhere to the International Best Practice Privacy Principles. AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems standard is our chosen framework.

 

StaffCV Established


StaffCV was established in New Zealand, starting with a team of 15.

Airline.StaffCV


Pilot and Cabin Crew job seeker portals are launched, providing a way for job seekers to apply to multiple airlines all around the world, in one place/click.

StaffCV ATS


Generation 1 of the StaffCV Applicant Tracking Solution is released, in New Zealand, Australia and the USA.

QuietAgent Launched


QuietAgent.com was launched. The world’s first career site where you could stay totally anonymous while always being considered for new jobs. It featured a single profile you could use to apply to any job at any company.

1st Government Sale


The New Zealand Government buys a version of StaffCV's QuietAgent to power the country's Welfare to Work Job System. Still in use today, the StaffCV solution is integrated into key Government systems and processes.

StaffCV Gen 2


StaffCV undergoes a user interface redesign, and the new Line Manager website is launched. The company is about 30 people.

Findly Talent Suite


StaffCV launch Findly. The first social recruiting talent community marketing platform. Based in Facebook's old building in High Street Palo Alto, we're at about 35 employees between New Zealand and California.

Acquired by Private Equity


In 2012 StaffCV/Findly was acquired by a $2.5B Private Equity Fund, Symphony Technology Group, out of Palo Alto, CA.

Asset Roll Up


Findly/StaffCV acquires American talent acquisition companies (HRLogix and SkillCheck) from American Background screening giant, First Advantage. Findly/StaffCV grows from 35 employees to 145 employees.

Bernard Hodes Merger


Findly/StaffCV acquired 50 year old recruitment marketing company, Bernard Hodes Group out of New York, expanding from 125 employees to 450.

Management Buy Out


StaffCV is carved out of of Findly by one of its founding members, and becomes StaffCV 2015 Limited, back to being a private New Zealand owned and operated company.
